(I haven't tried to install Acrobat as a stand-alone download trial as offered elsewhere, but assumed in my case I have to use a Creative Cloud version for whatever reason. It removed Acrobat from my computer, but it shows as still installed via Creative Cloud, and I can't download another copy to reinstall. I foolishly failed to notice that this utility was for stand-alone installs only, not one part of Creative Cloud. Someone advised using the "Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat Cleaner Tool (AdbeArCleaner_v2.exe) to completely remove the installation.
